Use material-specific storage instructions
Peptide raw materials, formulated powders, water presentations and finished-format prototypes can have different handling requirements. Review the exact material, formulation and package rather than applying one temperature to the whole catalog.
What to confirm before receiving
- Agreed product identity and container format.
- Applicable label or specification storage instructions.
- Moisture, light and temperature sensitivity supported by product data.
- Permitted transport excursions and the evidence behind them.
- Receiving inspection and lot identification records.
Package integrity and traceability
Keep lot labels and accompanying records with the received material. Check closure condition and package damage before use. If transport conditions or labeling are unclear, document the issue and contact the supplier for a material-specific decision rather than guessing.
Plan the shipping route
Provide destination, shipment size, expected transit constraints and handling capabilities. Insulated packing, monitoring and other options should be matched to product requirements. Their presence in a photo is not evidence that every shipment uses them.
