Request the documents that answer your procurement question
Document availability depends on the material, offered batch and development scope. A generic sample document should not be mistaken for the record of the batch you will receive.
| Document | Review focus | Information to provide |
|---|---|---|
| COA | Identity, lot, method, limits and results | Product identity and offered batch |
| SDS / MSDS | Applicable handling and hazards | Exact chemical identity or composition |
| Storage guidance | Product-specific conditions | Material, package and use context |
| Batch traceability | Consistent lot and record chain | Offered manufacturer and batch |
| Export documents | Destination and product classification | Country, shipment and import requirements |
| Site qualifications | Entity, site, scope and validity | Manufacturing route and relevant project |
Using the product page
When a verified COA or SDS has been attached to an offered product, its link appears on the product page. Otherwise, use Request details to ask for the correct file. This avoids publishing unrelated or fabricated batch records.
