Dissolving microneedle patches: define the project before production
PeptideVaultPro supports cosmetic-oriented patch formulation, polymer arrays and packaging programs. OEM, ODM, CRO and CDMO routes are assessed against the intended use, technical specification and destination market. Projects begin with a feasibility review rather than a fixed promise of dose, capacity, purity or lead time.

Development scope
- Ingredient and polymer compatibility
- Patch geometry and array design
- Prototype tooling
- Foil pouch and carton artwork
- Project-specific evaluation
What to include in your brief
Provide ingredient list, intended cosmetic or research context, patch shape, array design goals and pack presentation. Identify which parts are fixed and which are open for development. Attach an existing specification or reference sample description when available. State who will approve the formulation, analytical plan and artwork.
Sampling and evaluation
The technical discussion covers polymer selection, loading feasibility, mechanical consistency and package integrity; dimensions follow project testing. A sample plan should identify the questions it needs to answer, acceptance criteria and the records required for the next decision. Changes to the material, process or package should be tracked rather than treated as interchangeable.
Moving toward commercial supply
Validate formula, array and package as one system. A conceptual skin diagram does not establish penetration, dose or clinical performance. Agree the document set, batch identification, primary and secondary packaging, quotation scope and delivery assumptions in writing. The offered site and certificate scope must match the project.
Choose the support route

A defined formulation or format with a private-label and packaging brief.
ODM
Joint product-format and formulation development with agreed ownership.
CRO
A defined research work package with methods, deliverables and reporting.
CDMO
Development, pilot work and manufacturing transfer with agreed release criteria.
